LAWN CARE
Regular mowing, trimming, and edging keeps your lawn healthy and prevents it from encroaching into unwanted areas. We recommend mowing higher but more often to promote deeper roots and prevent water loss.

SPRINKLER
Springtime activation and adjustment ensures the proper operation of all zones and heads to give you the greenest lawn on the block. In late fall, we deactivate and winterize your system to prevent leaks and a cracked backflow.

FERTILIZATION
We fertilize your lawn up to four times a year with different blends of nutrients and minerals that encourage a healthy lawn in every season.

AERATION AND POWER RAKING
Semiannual aeration helps channel water and fertilizer into root zones while controlling thatch, improving soil structure and creating growth pockets for new roots. Power raking further controls the thatch that can accumulate on top of soil to interfere with lawn growth.

BED CARE
Our program of regular inspection and treatment keeps shrubs and perennials in top growing condition. Services including fertilization, pruning and weeding help improve flowering, color and resistance to disease.

CLEAN-UP
Our semiannual clean-up includes perennial care, shrub care and removal of debris.
